Depends. Do you consider a large, Master Sword-looking great sword with auto Faith + Brave, Attack of 130, Evasion of 50, and an attack delay that would make even a Dark Knight cringe to be a worthy investment of time?

In the end, it seems like most people will attempt to kill Omega Mk.XII and Yazmat anyway, so if you're going for completeness, might as well.
