Ok I downloaded this video and I'm having problems:
DIVX: Won't Play Sound
WMP: Won't Play Sound
VLC: Plays sound and not video!
I don't know what codec the sound is! Divx and WMP say I need a certain codec but VLC doesn't give me an error except it doesn't play the video! Its from isohunt and its called animusic its in .avi format. Please help!

there is software out there that will scan a video and tell you the audio and video codecs a movie uses.

In VLC, hit Ctrl+S. Click Advanced options in the lower right corner. Then, Under Video->Output modules, change drop down box to DirectX video output.

found it ty... It was some AC3 codec
