Random pop ups with a browser up

This IS a trojan right? I've never clicked any emails that seem like they would contain one I always delete the ones I know I never signed up for. I believe I got this while randomly searching crunchyroll for something. I've updated my McAfee and zone alarm but they still pop but when I have a browser up. I've fixed and updated a few more things and now their not poping up again, deleted cookies etc a couple days ago and they still did. I did one more update on McAfee and their not poping up as often but the only one poping up is this jack9 or something website zone alarm nor mcafee is rejecting the pop up. I use IE,Mozilla, and Firefox for certain files and sites. During this post not one pop up has occured BUT as soon as I post this the jack one will and thats it. I know 'some' stuff about computers but when it comes to security I feel fucking stupid. Help please.

You probably have a spyware or malware program embedded deep within the operating system, to the point that most spyware removal programs will have difficulty removing them. See if you can find the exact name of the spyware/malware in question and the physical location on the hard drive. I should be able to come up with more info for you at that point.

You're right though I've done everything I can on spybot and there are no problems on it.

What website that shows up with the popup ?
I had this problem before and i found out the name of the spyware by googling the name of the site.
