How bad is it where you're from? In alabama it's pretty bad..they banned fireworks for july 4th because of the risk of the sparks catching something on fire. And the rain that came by hardly did anything. It's supposed to be around the 100's tomorrow I believe.

Drought is news to me, and I'm in TN. It's rained a liberal amount in the last few months. The air is also so thick with humidity that it's like trying to breathe peanut butter, so I'm gonna estimate that we're doing fine.

i'm just east of you in tallahassee, it's drought here too. i don't care though, my dogs hate the rain and i don't like being woken up in the middle of the night by panicking chihuaha's

I dont think theyve used the word "drought" yet for Southern Cali. Although I did hear on the news recently that this winter only brought us 3 in. of rain, where the average is around 15in.

In Georgia we are under our yearly rain fall values for the year and they aren't going to be launching fireworks. Fireworks are already banned in Georgia but the county isn't even going to be doing a fireworks show.
