Posted a application earlier today, listing Equilibrium as one of his previous end game shells. Any information would be appreciated.

Basically Tibian was in our linkshell. He wasnt really all that reliable when he was there, was afk alot during events. Sat in North San D'Oria alot. Was very good at getting ToD's and such (mainly for aspi). He wanted a dalmatica, but he wasnt put on priority because the leaders at the time felt there were others who had put more time and effort than him (overall in the ls) and it wasnt his time yet. He got upset and left the linkshell, because he figured if he was getting the ToD he should get the Dalmatica even though he wasnt participating in much other than Aspi camps and getting the ToD. Due to his inactivity he didnt see the effort others were putting into everyday things, and failed to see the big picture.

Hes an ok guy in some ways. He tried running a limbus linkshell which I guess he just up and left, when he transferred. He later on went to join SouII I guess, he seemed pretty active there. But did eventually leave or was kicked or whatever. I cant really comment on what he did there.

Tibian is a good guy. A great BLM as well. I was in his Limbus LS which did run quite well, started to fall after scheduling conflicts. I was going to join up with him in SOU2 but backed out after he left as he didn't like how it ran from what i remember.

Tibian is a nice guy, friendly, but he does afk a lot at events as mentioned above. He's diverse with needed jobs, but we had scheduling conflicts (In Apex, a small endgame LS he was in very briefly) with his Limbus linkshell so he couldn't stay.
