Surprisingly funny website...

So yeah, http://www.apartmentratings.com I looked up all the old apartments I lived in and must say, some of the funniest complaints ever. My favorite one was this... from a shitty place I used to live in back in 2002:

This place is just absolutely terrible... I moved out about a week after a woman gave birth to a baby in the elevator. YES, GAVE BIRTH IN THE ELEVATOR. Guess what? The maint. did not even clean it up, dried afterbirth all over the elevator floor. BIOHAZARD! Enjoy your wonderful complex with the other upscale tenants.

Anyways, for all of you renters... take a look at some of the places you used to/still live at, you just might find a good laugh if you are bored.

When I moved in to Apple Creek I was told that they do all the normal checks that every other Apartment Complex does which were fine by me. So tell me Apple Creek - why was my neighbor a newly released convict? They did no back ground checks on him! It s like the man handed them a pile of cash and he just coasted in. Four months later he murdered both his parents with a display on my apartment door! Need I say more! I could not get out of my lease and it reeked for months! Do not move into this place especially if you have children.

I can't believe they wouldn't let those people out of their lease after their next door neighbors got murdered lol, that's fucked up beyond belief. Is this site legit?

lol i found this website about 6 months ago when i was looking for a new place to live, ended up moving into this one:

Problems:
1. You'll hear your neighbors all the time, especially when their bass is thumping in the very early morning.
2. Your neighbors will leave trash laying about outside, both on the stair landings and around the dumpster, which fills up frequently.
3. Roaches. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your place when the units surrounding you are filthy.
4. You've probably guessed by now that you won't have very good neighbors. There are some nice ones, but also a lot of problems. Police and fire came out at least three times in the last month I was there, and quite possibly more."
