- Dmitri Yuriev in Xenosaga 3 (When he becomes one with Omega Res Novae)~ Godsibb.
- Griever after he uses his "limit break"(?) on you~ The Legendary Beast.
- Zarathustra in Xenosaga 3~ Promised Pain.
- Testaments from Xenosaga 3~ Testament. (whoever did the composing in Xenosaga 3 is a fucking genius, btw..)
- FF6's The Decisive Battle (especially the Black Mages version of it..)

Best Boss Battle Music ever = Lufia 2 Sinistral Battle Music

While not battle music. This is probably my favorite music from any game ever
The final music as Maxim is destroying the crystals which keep Doom Island afloat after the final battle with the sinistral s.

Yuki Kajiura did XS3 music alone Exo as far as I know. Also made .Hack, Noire and a few other anime and she is pretty damn good. Mitsuda is probably the only video game musician I prefer over her

Well it was damn near perfect, and was very noticeable throughout the Xeno series because XS1 and 2 were kind of lame in terms of music (of course, different composers, but still..)

Also, here's Black Mages' (Uematsu's "rock" band that mainly remakes his FF work to those unfamiliar with their work) version of The Man with the Machine Gun... they added a little "The Legendary Beast" in there at 2:26... sounds sick. :D

Xenosaga 1 soundtrack was awesome, except it was poorly used ingame. I didnt realized that until I downloaded the OST.

Pretty good version of Laguna's song. Black mage have pretty good remix

That one was the best imo, but it's the only music used during gameplay (beside the battle track). I really like Ormus, the Miracle and beach of nothingess as well.

It's similar to Xenosaga OST except its orchestred imo. Many soft song I guess, not everyone like those

When you fight Luca Blight and the Beast Rune. Also, the second war music (Battlefield without Light) is great.

it's allllll good. My favourite is probably Turning Back is a Mistake from VP2, even though it isn't battle/boss music. Boss wise, I like In Order to Acquire the Light in That Hand.

Chrono Cross had good music too.

FFVII had the first boss music I really liked.

I agree with those who have said songs such as "Dragon God", "Decisive Battle", and "Clash on the Big Bridge."

Also, some others are even the Suikoden 2 regular boss music, the fight against Deus in Xenosaga, and also a lot of the Star Ocean 3 music.
