I used to get that, I am pretty sure it's your router.

I had something similiar happen to me. Wasn't letting me in, it was getting stuck on the login screen where it connects to the lobby server etc.. with the error "game data has changed during blah blah". Tried restarting a few times with no luck, all my files were up to date.

Then I removed all the new 3.3 plugins (such as LL, distance etc) from the init file and everything worked fine after.

I was getting Errror 1331 sticking at lobby server after the character selection screen. I think this is the error that is being reported by many users here. This has occured several times while bouncing between mules. I have tried several times restarting the game with no luck then magically an hour later I can log back in. I tried testing and waiting to disprove the idea of my modem/router being the cause. This crap started for me right after the big update. I have several other friends that have complained about similar problems
