Are you sure you only have a pci slot available? Not even an AGP slot? It only has a dvi out though so if you do plan to hook it up to a monitor make sure it has dvi in or get a handy dvi => vga adapters (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814999201)

It looks like the one you posted is better than the one I found, double the memory size and interface, you're very limited to what you can get since you only have pci. I'd get the one you showed and then download the most up to date drivers from nvidia's site.
