28 Pages and only 1 retard. I was really hoping that thread would entertain me more than one night at work. Such is life. Lets keep this thread clear of internet lawsuits and shenanigans though. Thats what the other one is for.

I'm genuinely interested to see if this is going to change ffxicyclopedia's reliability or not. Uh....In relation to game information See, this whole buisness could have a positive effect for both websites. When was the last time you looked up something on the wiki, then went to Allah just to double check and make sure that the information was correct? I know I never did unless the wiki was vague, and that rarely happened. Lets face it, we're not exactly looking for information on how to disarm a bomb, close enough will do.

If I was looking for something specific, chances are I searched this forum first anyway because the search function on the wiki sucks.

Will probably use it untill BG wiki is ready, also hoping they copy new search bar they recently added.

Order I'll probably use:
BG wiki > Evilwiki > Somepage(<3 Advance Search) > Mysterytour(mostly because I don't like how shit isn't linked together) > Ki(annoying load times) > Alla

I never use alla database anymore to check info really, just bs about the game if anything.

I'm going to go back to using specific sites for specific types of info, certain sites excel over others for different aspects of ffxi. Alla is actually imo still the best place to check on general NM info to be honest so even it has a place. There were some aspects of the wiki I didnt like, and even though I did use it alot I think I can survive without it.

My LS has a few of those people that have done everything and seen everything and basically live in FFXI. They were better than wiki anyway. Real-time encyclopedias with a sarcastic tone are very amusing.

I'm very much looking forward to BG Wiki, though.
