"If a mob goes yellow, is it fair game?"

Now, when I mean fair game, I mean you would attempt to claim to kill. Not diaging darters and not touching them kind of thing. I want to see what other people would say.

Typically whether or not the other group of people are a bunch of cocksuckers, some LSes are a lot... uh... I'd say cool with eachother and someone jumping the gun there is just stupid. I've seen both a fafnir and an aspid go yellow with absolutely no one dying or targeting something else beforehand since the patch changed rules on claiming. Sometimes the game just goes gay, you have to trust your personal judgment on whether you're going to cross the line or not.

You would think so, our W body says otherwise >_> typically when a mob goes yellow in those circumstances that I mentioned, someone got hit hard/enough to drop retardedly low on the enmity scale, a couple of high enmity flashes/stuns/vokes can generally easily overpower it and get claim.

Even if someone accidentally turns a mob yellow through their own mistake (rdm enfeeble then sleep add, for example), its a pretty dickhead thing to do to claim it. That is an artificial game mechanic that has no bearing on their actual ability, and certainly doesn't show that they cant handle the mob.

When it comes down to it, don't be a dick unless you want to be known as a dick.

Yes because here are the options, either a dickhead linkshell lays claim to it already, A dickhead linkshell will claim it if it goes yellow, or you are the dickhead linkshell.
Either way they all point to go for it.
