If Apoc could haste a party like that, it would be a Aegis/Gjallar type thing for LSes to upgrade.

Normally Drks can only get 21% Gear Haste with Scythe (thats is with a Blitzring, DuskGloves+1 and a Speedbelt) without subbing DRG for Wyvern Earring - which they cannot because you need Hasso.
