Ok so basically when ever I connect to pol I keep getting error 0011 and others saying, Network is busy or there are connection problems. Ok now this started when I downloaded the last update like 4 days ago. But I waited and it went away and I was able to download. Ok now this is were I'm total confused, The next day I was playing and I d/c out of ffxi saying pol error 0011 2 mins later I d/c out of ventrilo. I was like ok then I try logging into vent cant do keep trying I do get in just with 30k ping in a server where i normally get 40 so I try ffxi get the error again so I went to sleep. Wake up try ffxi and vent and they both work fine for about 2 hours and get droped out of vent then d/c out of ffxi cant get back on for the rest of the day so im like w.e try the next day same thing d/c out of both. And I googled and searched forums and I couldn't fine any post or thread that could help and here is a list of things ive tried to fix it. ps I'm not on a router im hooked up with a cable to my modem.

1.turned off anti virus and firewall
2.tested my download and upload speed and its 10mbs so its fine
3.I play cs so i tested a pacific,cent,east servers and they all ping like they should.
4.phoned my isp they said my connection is fine, and checked my modem
5.Ran anti virus and nothing showed up
6.checked the pol and ffxi files and nothing is corrupt
7.I tried the reset my modem I don't use a router
8.I did a scan for spywear and its clean
My isp is shaw I live in vancouver B.C
My OS is windows xp

I'm just confused now, I have searched "alla >.>" KI and I tried the stuff I found in posts but none of them were really the prob I'm having. So if any of you can help I would be grateful.
