Ifrit's Horn?

No information on it, i figured it might have been for a quest so i FFXIclopedia'd it and theres not even a page with it. No information seems to be known about it, am i to assume its just another item with .dats and not in the game?

I Did happen to find it odd that there wasnt an item like this for any other avatar, and that during Campaign Battles the only avatar you would see is a "Flame Giant" A.K.A Ifrit.

But my main question aside from speculation is it in the game yet or is it just a .dat with a picture and no uses?
