Teleportation to Sky

Sorry for the inconvience of this but I thave a quation that is stalking my mind because I can't find the answer...


Can ANYONE tell me how to start the quest that will grant me the ability to access teleport to sky? I can't find anythign on it anywhere. Its probably because I dont know where to look but this is stalking me! please help.

I know you have to get your title changed to Warrior of the Crystal (i think this is correct) or something like that but after that I'm stumped

You don't have to flag it actually, just head to the crags and start trading your chips, get your title and head to sky to complete it.

I believe you have to go to the green portals in sky first then to the crags

Hmm I could have sworn I traded my chips first. Head to sky first like the walk-through says.

The guide says you can do it in either order. The guide is correct.
