Dusk Ledelsens +1 price?

I just had a friend of mine make these for me, I want to sell it an split the gil with him but don't know whats a fair price in this terrible economy.
I checked AH across the servers but they are all so different. Please give me an Idea on how much I should charge for them, I was thinking 6 mil, help me out!

How much are Behemoth Hide and NQ Feet?

Due to varying economies, it's hard to give you a ballpark range without at least knowing that information.

They're hard to figure out. I believe they're a tier 11 synth, but the NQs sell very slowly (mostly because while the HQ is very nice, the NQ is a little behind the other, less expensive options for most jobs).

As such, I don't believe there are a huge number of them floating around on most servers (which is also somewhat hard to tell because of the movement down effect on them, so people don't just wear them around town).

Anyway, I recently paid 4.5 mil for a pair, which is actually pretty close to the price they were about 3 months prior. I know another person with a pair that received an offer of 7 mil (on the same server). I know that's not very good guidance, but it demonstrates how hard it is to price these. If you put it at 5x the price of the NQs, it will probably sell fast. If you put it much higher than that you'll get people arguing with you that it's a tier 11 synth and should cost less.

Anyway, I'ld guess that, despite the deflation most servers have been seeing, their value (in terms of gil) is actually pretty close to what they were about 3 months ago, so ask around and see if you can find someone else that bought or sold a pair. I'ld also expect it to take a while to sell them.

I'd say 5-6m would be resonable based on those prices. If you're in no rush, I'd start at 7 and slowly work your way down.

As mentioned above, there's cheaper options available for most jobs which sucks since it's a nice synth.

If i made these, id be more than happy to part with them for 4.5-5m. Hides on my server are about 800k.

You cannot buy these on Lakshmi, I get offers all the time for mine over 6m.

The utility for them is unparalleled I use them for:

WAR - TP
NIN - TP/TANK
SAM - TP
DRK - TP/HP(kraken build)
THF - TP
BLU - TP

Besides Toreador's I dont have any gear that gets as much play as these.

I actually meant to say that dusk feet +1 are great, I think they're the #1 or #2 item for the foot slot at least for building TP for any job that can use them. The issue with actually making dusk feet+1, is that NQ dusk feet are less good than many cheaper options (or at least marginal).

I know a few people that have tried to pursue dusk feet+1 as a profit item, and they always end up driving the price of the NQs through the floor simply because they can't sell them.

4-5M... Start off at 5 and see what you can get. They are pretty easy to sell.

On Unicorn, the hides sell for about 30k more than dusk feet (NQ). I've made 3 pairs of Dusk +1 and I've gotten the following prices for them (gil or Fair Market Value of goods traded): 7M, 7.3M, 6M. Hope that helps. But it can vary depend on how long you are willing to wait.

Is HQ rate on tier 11 like 98% Tordall?

Depending on the Synth it seems to be between 1/24 and 1/12.

I'm not a leather person so I don't have statistics on Dusk feet.

If someone is going to pursue them as a profit synth, I advise you to be very careful about flooding the market for NQs. They do not sell fast unless something has changed.

I just broke 3 hides today...I really think right now Dusk synths are a waste of time because you have to synth 2 times just to get the item. It seems like you break even at the end of the day or make slight profit. I dont care if i lose a item doing the actual synth i just hate the fact that 90% of the time my breaks are making the leather. Because of the breaks during this synth and the slow rate of NQs maybe they should be 5-6m.

I bought a pair for 5m about 3 months ago, which I felt was a decent price for such a hot item at the time. I dont think i would let them go for a penny less even now. But servers are different and all that.

I broke 3 out of my past 5 leathers and 1 archer's ring this last week or two weeks. At the point where I am only inclined to spam low loss T1 synths until mogification get and confirmed. Losing 800k in one synth and becoming USED to it is not a place I enjoy being at.

Out of curiosity are you on Odin? I was /checking bazaars on my Batallia mule earlier and noticed a ninja with a relic katana selling gloves+1 and ledelsans+1. I figured he had just borrowed a bunch of currency to finish the katana and was now selling some of his rare gear to pay friends back lol. But if you hq'd both those in the same week regularly damnnn and congrats
