Wrestler's Mantle / PUP questions

Does the Martial Arts trait from Wrestler's mantle stack with the Martial Arts JT I currently have as 42PUP/MNK?
Should I just sell this now along with my Cestus belt and sub WAR from now on (for exp PT)?

Anything with "enhances ... effect" stacks with your current job traits. Most will give you the trait if you don't have it, Suppanomimi being the only one I can think of that doesn't.

As for whether /mnk is better than /war, can't help ya there.

I'd imagine you'd get more from berserk than /mnk

PUP/MNK fails as PUP gets their own Martial Arts traits, albeit not as many.

You're better off going /WAR for damage.
