Where the hell is an IPS patcher for Mac OS X?

I'm going apeshit trying to find one, as all the links seem to be broken. And if anyone's going to give me the "omg piracy" stuff, it's for Fire Emblem 7, which I own and play, but I'm currently wanting to apply a new patch for it that has a bunch of new characters and classes. If anybody could help me find one, it'd be much appreciated. This is basically what I'm trying to patch in, I already have the patch on my computer, but can't find a program to mend the original file.
