    Edited (sorry about that):

    He was previously named Phil on Asura in the LS "Manifestos", said it was an HNMLS. He is now currently named Formula on Garuda.

    Haven't heard of a Phil, but Manifestos were a fairly shady LS.

    lol Mani aint shady thats Remake. Didnt have any problems with phil but all we'd heard so far is that he was havin account issues. Didnt even know he was on Garuda tho as far as i knew he didnt have any reason to move that any of us knew of.

    Manifestos is one of the linkshells that is full of both rotten and good apples so I wouldn't judge anyone based on being a member.

    I had a few encounters with Phil, he used to be one of the leaders of Manifestos' Dynamis LS (VeniVidiVici) and every time we had to talk to him about rescheduling due to conflicts etc. he was always very reasonable and polite. Don't know him any further than that though.

    Used to craft for Phil sometimes. He is a very kind, nice, polite, honest guy and fun to hang out with.

    great guy had fun with him when i was SH in mani, i left game and ls a few week ago and heard he was leaving too so i'm unsure if it's really him and can't ask anyone in mani since another SH decided to fuck me over!

    and mani fought and killed all HNM so he got experience on them all
