Clarification needed...

I'm not quite sure how this system works since the whole monster claim system has changed over the years, but I have a few questions regarding this:

Let's say someone claims the Serket NM. This person is in an alliance, and the alliance gets Serket down to 40%, and some idiot CFHs Serket. They whittle Serket's HP down below 10% and wipe.

My Question is:

1) Once everyone is wiped that attacked Serket, does it go back to normal mode instead of CFH mode?

2) If it does, then let's say someone claimed it after it goes back to normal mode, and kills it. Does it actually drop the loots possibly dropped?

3) Does the mob need to go back to 100% then killed for loot to be dropped?

1. Everyone with hate while it's CFH'd has to either log out, die, leave the zone etc
2. Yes, it will still drop items for the person/party/alliance that kills it, so long as it's not CFH'd.
3. No, CFH mode just needs to fade for lack of better words.
