Yikes....the sad part is that he is most probably serious, not even a scam.

Seems like he is a typical little Afrikaans idiot whose English is atrocious, lives on a little farm in the middle of nowhere and finally got his 56k modem and wants to play online haha. A comparison for you US peeps....just think of him as a redneck or hillybilly and it should make sense. xD
