Anybody have the right number of Fast Cast % on Ebon Tam ?
Some say 5% some say 2% which one is correct ?

Enhances "Fast Cast" effect

After an hour of searching, I found the answer in page 21 lol.

Just throwing this out there, that about the \"Enhances Fast Cast\" effects, Ebon Tam is 2% and Ebon Talar is 5%. A link to the testing was posted in the New NM thread.
