facebook password error

ok, this is like a really weird bug or something and no amount of google search has been able to help me so far. this is technical too, right? since its logging in... computer... internet stuff.

anyway i'll give it a go, if it's not suited for technical support maybe mods can do something.

i use facebook. starting from about 3 months ago, it starts to not recognize my password. i was 100% sure i was typing the right password, but whatever. it wouldn't let me log in, and i was pissed so i reset the password to something else via email notification. whenever i log off afterwards, it won't let me log in, saying the password is incorrect. so what i've been doing was resetting my password everytime via email notification when i needed to log in facebook. but recently, it says i hit the cap on password changes. well, shit.
i sent an email to facebook but no reply so far, i doubt those fuckers will help me. facebook is the most convenient method for me to keep in touch with my american friends so it'd be nice to be able to log in...

could this be a virus or some type of spyware or whatever? i used to clean spyware and stuff out on a regular basis but the program startedacting weird so i uninstalled it and havn't bothered cleaning my pc since... but i doubt this could be the problem. just stating incase it could be, and incase someone knows something.
