Looking for server with players who play EST6am-10am / GMT10am-2pm /JP prime time

I read the post from Sanriku (Ifrit) below and it seems like the hours after NA primetime and JP primetime are generally pretty dead in terms of English speaking community/activity.

Myself and 2 other Australians on Valefor are wondering whether there are other players who play Australian nighttime from around 8/7pm-midnight Aus EST. I think this is roughly equivalent to (subject to daylight saving):

EST6am-10am, PST3am-7am, JST6/7pm-10pm, GMT10am-2pm

On Valefor we used to have more Aussie/NewZealanders who play with us these hours. Most of them have moved on or have joined NA shells if they can play NA hours. There are only 3 of us left who cannot play NA hours due to RL commitments. Currently we have a very small social LS for communication purpose.


The purpose of this post is 2-fold:

1) At this point in time we would consider moving to a server where there is an established English community/LS that plays the hours we play, not necessarily endgame activities. We would be quite happy just to have people to do a few things with and hang out. Does anyone know which server we could go to?

2) Are there players out there who play similar hours who would be interested in moving to the same server/move to Valefor so that we have the numbers to do at least some small events/have some company during these dead hours?

Would appreciate any suggestions or PM if anyone wants to get together during these hours.

I'm on Ramuh and there are a few Aussies here too. We dont have an all Aussie LS but we do limbus einherjar dynamis etc with a mixed group of English speaking JP's and Aussies. Generally we have 4-8 people in our Social LS during AEST between 6pm-1am and around 10-15 others who play at NA times. If there are any other AU endgame LS's out there I'd love to hear about it too... I could probably get several peeps to server hop with me. Been looking to do some more endgame for a while now but cant do NA hours and JP hnm shells are JPonry ; ;

I'm interested to see how many people are in the same situation.... 1st all Aussie HNMLS go!

Moved to Japan for work and cannot attend events with my linkshell; I found a social Aussie ls that does some events from time to time, they try to do some sea, sky, limbus, salvage, and are comtemplating starting einherjar. However, I've only been in the ls a short time, but they don't really seem to get much done so far or on much of a regular schedule.

I'm not sure I really want to server transfer, but I would consider it if something promsing got going.

If all the aussies want to move to Asura to do einherjar, I'd be all up for starting it up. I'm from AU and it's kinda hard to get an LS that runs ein on our time (my LS goes at 5AM, I'll pass ), but this is basically asking for 20-30 people to move here

If you're talking about ShadowRavenloft, the number of active linkshell members will vary depending on the day of the week.

Half the members are located in UK/Europe, the other half are from AU/Asia. There are a few nocturnal North Americans in there as well.

Prime time hours is usually 8:00pm AEST - 1:00am AEST (7:00pm JST - 12:00am JST).

Regular events as follows:
Monday - group Assault
Wednesday - group Salvage
Saturday - Limbus
Sunday - Misc. Events, Ouryu II, Bahamut II, Sky Gods, BCNM/KSNMs...

At one point we had events almost everyday, but that just burnt out everyone XD So extra events are held as needed.

It's sometimes quiet on weekdays because the most of the Europeans would be at work/school during our prime time. But weekends (Friday night - Sunday night) is when you'll see the most members and therefore the bigger events. We have enough members for a full alliance - and that's usually enough to get things done.

The LS does Einherjar in conjunction with Camaraderie and BoTD's Dynamis group - Beacon. This happens after our Saturday Limbus run.

I'm Jib's mate on Valefor, we really should have sought out other aussie players or atleast players that play in australian primetime many moon's ago.

Now with the majority of our Aus/NZ comrades having moved on from final I'd be more then happy to jump ship to another server if we found an accommodating linkshell.

A casual linkshell that occasionally does events would probably be ideal for us right now. I'd be interested in running a Nyzul Isle group among other things if I had access to players who are willing & able to commit. Our group on Valefor managed captain in assault rank before we lost a few members.

Anyway we run an LS on Odin that currently does Sky Limbus Sea and other random events during aussie time. We're primarily based around AEST but have a heap of JP and SG players as well. We're always looking for more aussies but they're just so hard to find. We usually do Kirin with about 24, sea 12 atm while we get some others access (and the update will help), and limbus about the same. A lot of our SG players are off on exams, others work/babies(congrats!)/life etc lol.

Only problem is because of the server population might be hard to get to Odin. PM me if you wanna know more I guess.
