Need help finding some records

Would anyone know who I can call or a website I can visit to obtain some records of my custody history? I put myself down as my uncle's dependent because he's had custody of me since I was 15 years old (I'm 20 now) and my school's financial aid building requires proof that he was my guardian. I've tried googling Florida custody records and a few other things and came up with nothing.

I would only less that maybe you could call the court house where all this took place?

Maybe try searching for something like a department or office of vital statistics, it's possible they may keep records for that kind of thing.

I called my local office of the department of children and families and got a message saying the number was no longer in service so I called their HQ in the state capital and the lady said she'd call me back tomorrow with the info I need, so hopefully that goes well.
