To be blunt, he's kind of a douchebag. He was in TheUnity with me for a little while. Got a Ridill and then bailed for another server a few days later. He came back to Cait Sith when he found out Dreamers was reforming for the umpteenth time. The guy is a good player, there is no doubt in that. But he's also extremely cocky and shoots his mouth off in /say from time to time taking shots at other people/linkshells etc. For example when he was in TU(which has a policy of keeping everything in LS and not stirring up shit with other linkshells) he would post on another HNMLS's website(Millenium if I'm not mistaken) just running his mouth. He posts everything under "The Quickness" for some reason.

Bottom line the guy is kind of a dick. But he's very well geared. He has a ton of endgame experience. And he does know his job and plays it well and he's online all the time. But don't be surprised if he rubs some of your people the wrong way and stirs up garbage with other shells. He's also shown that he will quickly jump ship and head back Dreamers if he has the inclination.

tl;dr version Great player, good gear, good experience, good playtime, acts like a prick.

Oh man, the threads not even a day old and weeks is leaking sand out over everyone. Basically everything Brill said is (not a pun on DW being British) spot on. I wouldn't say he's a bad decision, just know he's a prick sometimes. If you've got people who take this game too seriously, he might rub 'em the wrong way. However, if you've got a group of people who enjoy having fun (remember:FFXI=game) I would say give him a shot. Pretty much this. Diamondwolf isn't a bad player, he's just the biggest douche you'll ever meet. The guy knows what he's doing for sure, but his ethics and temper tantrums just flush the whole package down the toilet.
