One of the worst paladins ever to grace titan. Couldn't tank even fafnir without at least 2 whm curebombing him (this was while /nin), and there was a couple fafnirs where I watched the bards and blm tank more than him. (not even sure how the bards got that much hate).

Definitely not someone you'll want. He tries to keep hate by spamming ichi enfeebles from his subjob.

Never seen the linkshell much outside Dragon's Aery in Titan. Performance wise its rather laughable with the ichi enfeeb nuking for hate, yet does enough equip swaps that makes BlinkMeNot a requirement to target. Every now and then you'll get a funny /say or /shout that makes absolute no sense. So I guess you can take the poor guy if you can make him learn how to play properly?

Oh boy... well, where to start...

Sorite on Lakshmi was pretty much a nobody, crappy PLD who never broke into any of the big shells, wore Soil Rings full-time, etc. Apparently he decided that his luck would be better served on another server, so he transferred to Cerberus and joined Progeny. He was only there for a few months, but he got an almost-freelot Hauteclaire and some other misc crap (M.legs? something like that), and then disappeared from Progeny after telling them he was quitting. He showed up on Lakshmi with the name Deathgazer a few days later, shouting in Whitegate about how he had come to Lakshmi from Cerberus to "show us how end-game is done", and that his new shell named Progeny would dominate the server. He claimed to be Deathgazer from Cerberus (a member of Progeny with completely different race/jobs/gear) not only when shouting for his LS, but also on applications to several of the major LSs here, and we all pretty much told him to go fuck himself. There's an absolutely fucking hilarious thread about him from back then with the real Deathgazer posting, but search is failing me, I'll post it later if I can find it. He didn't really get to do much end-game until Vicious came along, and I'll limit my comments on them to the fact that they let him in and kept him around until he took off again. I wasn't aware he had gone to Titan, but I haven't played for a few months, so it wouldn't surprise me if he had jumped over there to try to lootwhore more gear.

As Asdrabael says, he's just... pathetically incompetent in terms of playing skill. He wears the wrong gear despite having the right stuff, he has no clue how to keep hate on the easiest tanking job around, and almost invariably dies in an embarassing way shortly after joining the fight on anything harder than Adamantoise.

I'm not even sure I have to say it after all of that, but... just stay the fuck away, he's virtually the epitome of "DO NOT WANT" in a linkshell applicant.

Edit: Found the thread, and it was a Robust Ring rather than Soil, I was giving him way too much credit.

Actually, since he doesn't elaborate on his app, this is behind Deathgazer.

When his ls on Lakshmi broke, him and some friends from Lakshmi decided to come to titan and attempt to pull a Demo with excessive botting, because Taj's list had very few titan people on it. They came, and formed a shout hnmls that never did much of anything outside kings. They got maybe 15 Fafnirs, and 4 nidhoggs, which they wiped to 3 of them. They were also very vocal about trashtalking any competition in the zone, especially deathgazer.

If you support excess botting with no skill, take Deathgazer, because then at least he'll quit staining Titan with his presence.

You don't know what you're missing out on here man. This dude is the BEST tank on the server, hands-down. To not take him would be a mistake. Titan will truly miss him, but we will accept that he is moving onto greener pastures. We insist you take him, really, even though it will break all our hearts in twain.
