BLM Enfeebling Headpiece

Hello everyone. For the longest time now I've been using Igqira Tiara for the +10 skill for my primary enfeebling headpiece. However, it's been suggested that this may be more or less overkill in terms of sleepga and other basic blm enfeebles (bind, gravity, etc), and I'm now considering an alternative. Right now the two major pieces that I have in consideration (which I have access to) are as follows.

Enfeebling Skill (minus Tiara) = 275, INT 108

Sorc. Petasos (MP +23, Enfeebling +5, Enmity -2)
Nashira Turban (Magic Acc. +5, Enmity -5, Haste +2%)

Any recommendations from the rest of the BG community?

There's no reason to switch it out, the alternatives give no benefits that compare to 5 skill, especially on BLM. For slow/para you might want to use a mnd head, but blm doesn't get many chances to cast those anyway.

I love my Tiara higher skill never is a bad thing, could swap nashira for a bit shorter recast or even Turban to shave even more time, if using para or slow could use MND from Yigit head or something similar.

But personally Im not switching Tiara from my sleeps,bind,gravity macros anytime soon even with capped merits.

Why even risk the chance of resist? Blm really don't have high enough enfeebling skill (Unless you have merits) to switch it out.

I'd say the only job that can overkill on enfeebling skill is RDM, and even then there's a few fights where it's never enough. Stick with tiara on BLM.

Stick with Tiara, no other head piece has comparable stats to it. If you wanted to increase potency, I would swap something else. For example, Altruistic vs Ixion or Prism

a freak resist on sleep is more likely to kill you than a recast timer on sleep in most situations imo. you have 4 tools to sleep a target but only a short time before said target gets its paws on you and turns you into a greasy smear on the wall. stick w/ the tiara and don't miss i think.

I personally carry a lot of gear on blm so I use AF2 hat.

For bind . gravity stick with jse. If you are called for es slow or para cast in SS gear for potency

dont listen to those fools. max enfeeb on your sleeps, bind, gravities for blm. genie tiara ftw. you'll especially appreciate it in outlands dynamis when the demons are resisting their sleeps and dieing but you're still alive.

If you really feel it's overkill, go with the Sorc Petasos to keep some mp. Being hume, I hate going from max mp, 1100~ to 850~ just to sleep mobs >.>

Unless you plan to burn all your mp that instant, it does no good and will hardly, if ever, make the difference. Tiara or bust

If you're giving up 6 skill for 23 mp, may as well just give up all 11 for 50 and debuff in zenith crown. While you're at it, oracle's gloves are only 25 mp so you should just use zenith mitts too. Hell, drop the lappa for zenith slacks, who needs m.acc when you can use mp gear for everything!
