Any horde guild need a tankadin?

So my current guild isn't looking like it's doing so great. Just invited a retard retadin (I spent 3-4 months with the guy, as did half the guild officers and he is TERRIBLE at the game) and I had said I'd leave if that happened, so I did, heh. My realm is horrible, it's Nazgrel, overall in BC it was the 216th most progressed realm out of 226, only one guild of each faction managed to get past Mother Shahraz pre-nerf and neither guild took down a SWP boss.

I'm a good player, a tankadin 95% of the time. I'll eventually get a gear set for ret but I mostly enjoy tanking. I'm already 80 and been farming heroics, two titansteel items (shield/helm) and other stuff to show I play this game too much. I'm looking for a guild of good players, values people who actually know how to play, even if that forces them to only do 10-mans for WotLK. I'd like to main tank, as I'll be working to have the gear to do it, but I'm ok being the OT if I get the chance to MT some fights and I consider the MT a good player.

I don't think it really matters about PvE or PvP realms. I'd PREFER a PvE realm, as I like to play alts and once I get the BoA items I'll be leveling up new alts after a transfer. All that really matters is being in a guild with good people/players. Anyone have an opening?

During BC they were the 2nd ranked on the server and a very good guild and probably still are. I dont think they have started 80 raiding yet but I know they are very close. I have a friend in the guild and he says they really want a Prot paladin. Maybe you should swing by their forums and ask them some questions.

Any update on this? Every day it seems I want to leave this server more. Last night my Naxx group couldn't dance to Helgan the Unclean, after 6-7 tries we eventually got a rogue/warrior surviving half the dances and at the very end a priest survived. The priest and I then duo'd 500k of his health before he fucked up and died. My beta pugs never had this issue. One wipe, one semi-wipe, then we won, which is acceptable imo. Wipe-wipe-wipe-wipe-wipe-wipe... -.-

And no this wasn't a Naxx pug, this was my guild, which I have determined is better than most of the other guilds on the realm.

No, no luck here They decided to go with a DK tank instead. Best of luck. If that DK doesn't work out and you're still on that server I'll try to get in touch.

I probably won't transfer blindly, so I just might be stuck here for a bit until I find a decent place to go. I don't want to transfer to have my only hope as a 5th string tank in a guild.

Another reason to be cautious about transferring. It'd suck to transfer and then some long lost FFXI friend contacts me about a tank spot opening a week later.
