[Bismarck] Looking for Salvage Group (Aselin)

Hello, I've been without a Salvage group for almost four months now, and currently looking for one on the Bismarck server.

I have experience in all four Salvage areas including bosses and NMs plus strategies for each one. I have come as BRD, DRG, and RDM for Salvage.

I currently have an LS that does events (Sea, Sky, Limbus, Einherjar, & HNM) during EU primetime, which is usually between 1 PM EST to 4 or 5 PM EST the latest.

I also do Nyzul Isle runs twice a week: Tuesday (8 PM EST) and Friday (1 PM EST). I am Captain Rank, but do 3 runs each Nyzul run. I can feasibly get maybe two or three tags extra each week if my math is right to get AP. That is if my Nyzul set does runs on those days. It only doesn't follow that schedule if some people from the set aren't on or can't make it.

However, I'm very interested in joining a Salvage group. I have tried leading my own group but it didn't end well. Most of everyone left the set; a few got what they wanted and left; or had real life stuff to deal with such as school starting. One other major issue was finding a set schedule that everyone could attend at the same time, and the other was finding dedicated members of the right jobs-- namely RDM, WHM, and THF.

I have also been in two previous Salvage sets on Bismarck, thus I have been doing this for quite a while.

I just don't think I have the energy or motivation to start my own group again. So, I'm going to give this post a shot at maybe there's a group on Bismarck server that can fit my schedule and my situation.

GL Ase! I would happily join with you if nothing comes from this post, you know where to find me. I will also keep an eye and ear open for you, I had a friend fill the last 2 spots of his group about 2 1/2 weeks ago, if I had only known.
