Help me please, need serious help!

I was playing FFXI today on my xbox in besieged and today, it crashed on me. I logged back in to see that I could not do any /sea, FL, LS list, or even search the AH. I called a GM and he told me to run a file check. I ran a file check on both playonline and FFXI and nothing was damaged. I tried to log back in and it was painfully hard between loosing connection and trying to press retry on everything. I finaly got logged back in, but the game chrashed on me and told me the server shut down. I tried to log back in, but it says I have no content ID. I try to go to review, but it could not connect to the server. Tried to reactivate ID but could not connect to that server either. Can someone please, please help me out?

Update: I cannot even log onto my POL viewer anymore.
