EDIT: Please disregard, was just my internet acting up not wanting to load that specific website on every computer in the house.
So recently they sent me an e-mail nagging about me using their service to illegally download movies and blah blah. Now when I try to go on my fav torrent website, it doesn't work. Can they block me from accessing that website?

Ew, just out of curiosity which ISP is it? I can't imagine mine giving a shit-all about downloading movies and stuff but... good to know which ones do send those letters. Mine's Cox.
