On Wednesday, Avail, an LSmate of mine ran Under Observation with Nathien and one other person. Nathien was leading the run, and his orb was first. He got nothing noteworthy. On Avail's orb, Nathien quartermastered Utsu: Ni and whatever other minor stuff dropped, said he had an emergency and he'd dbox the stuff back to Avail. Well of course that never happened, and lo and behold, AH history shows Nathien selling the scroll. Avail questions him about it and his response is basically "Are you done crying about that yet?". I tried asking him about it, and he feigned not speaking english, which didn't work considering I've run Dynamis with the bastard. He continued to respond to me in autotranslate, but miraculously had no recollection of the events. The third person on the run, Karna, attests to the theft as well.

In an unrelated note, he was on trial period with us for Dynamis and continually bitched and moaned about not being able to lot things on his first run, despite the rules being rather clear. He was rather reluctant to pass on something-or-other, I don't remember exactly what, and he hadn't shown up since that run so he was on the out anyway.

I know, hindsight's 20/20, Avail should've taken lead on his orb, etc.; regardless, Nathien is a thief and should be treated as such. I hope ~400k was worth a server's shunning.

Nathien has also stolen from my Lil Brother (Youngslayer) and Ls member named Nilknarf
he stolen my Lil Brother PCC by lotting it and D2'ing my lil bro from the run and he also did the same to my LS member Nilknarf Gm hasnt gotten back to Nilknarf yet and Youngslayer hasnt gotten back his Charm yet. I had a run in witn Nathien where he wanted to buy a Hagun from me for 2.3mil I told him its on the AH for 2.5mil so he bought cuss me out and went his way a day later he said he didnt like Hagun (cause I guess hes a shitty sam) and wanted his gil back because I didnt refund him his gil ( which I didnt have to because he bought it off AH fair) he said hes gonna tell everyone how I unfair him.
Nathien if I was you I pack up my stuff and leave the server now cause no one will trust you on this server

seems he screws people out of their drops on a very regular basis, and even worse, the GMs are able to do nothing about it.

Little bit more info, since he's been hiding himself fairly well since he's been outed. Elvaan M, face F6A. MNK75, goes /BLU a lot, does Ballista pretty frequently. Has an alternate character named Aidena, undetermined race/job. Word is he's probably jumping servers soon. I've got pictures of his typical gear as well, so if that becomes the case I can post them.

Word's spread pretty quickly; he was shouting for BCNM40 in Whitegate yesterday and pretty much the whole of Whitegate handed him his ass.

No hard feelings, but after finding a couple dozen threads like this one I thought I'd add that he hasn't changed.
