The comment about getting younger is, of course, retarded. However recent studies have indicated at a certain point aging slows down considerably.

The aging process in the body is driven by how long you stay able to reproduce (which is part of the reason women who wait longer to have kids tend to live longer). That 'adjustment' to the biological clock is then passed down genetically as well, furthering the process.
