    Three new ones and a behind the scenes special. Something tells me even though they're basically bringing the series back from the grave, it won't disappoint.

    Red Dwarf - Back to Earth Views?

    First off, anyone else here a fan of the UK sci-fi comedy Red Dwarf?
    Kinda interested to know other people's opinion of the new episode shown today.

    Nine seasons of it are on Netflix, including instant queue. I watch it on my xbox all the time.

    I've always fucking loved Red Dwarf - because of doing the new missions haven't had the chance to properly watch the new episodes yet but they're back-to-backing all the new ones on Dave on Monday night.

    I have to admit im kinda disapointed at how the 3 new episodes played out, way too much CGI, no laughter track to make the lesser jokes seem more funny. I guess after so many years it had to be different in some way, very hard to recreate the same feel as series 1-8 had.
    That said however im still psyched Red Dwarf made a comeback!

    Yeah, the whole Corrie thing was just such a contrived gimmick that really didn't work, and playing the classic ones all weekend has just brought home how fab they were.

    And now I have the Arnold Rimmer song stuck in my head.
