Grim Glower game crash?

Is anyone else experiencing this? When Peiste mobs use Grim Glower against me, I inevitable crash within the next few seconds during the animation.

I know this happened in the past with a TP move the NM that drops Ecphoria Ring used, but I never personally experienced it until the Peistes. Perhaps I can just kill the DAT or replace it?

I'm afraid I may just have a failing hard drive and that move happens to fall into a bad sector, but I have yet to confirm.

Any suggestions?

You tried a file repair in Playonline? Could just be a corrupt dat that's fucking your shit up.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried to file check multiple times, but it always hangs on several files and I have to kill POL. It is acting like a CRC, but never spits a reply, just hangs indefinitely.

I have a feeling they are related. I think it's just time to get a new hard drive for my lappy.
