i have tried , increasing STR, INT ACC but not know what is the best

Just build like you would Guillotine, which is a good mix of acc, str and att and DA where you can (ideally capping acc first, than mixing att/str in whatever gear provides the best quantities. DA is Strap/Ear for sure).
