With everything looking 3D and stuff. Here is the fix!! It worked for me so it should work for you ^^
Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family - Final Fantasy XI* game characters have no textures

It's a known problem with intel and you just got to update to the latest driver that they suggest for ya!! Hope this helps people with the texture problem.
