downloading old games

does anyone know of a good site where you can download old games.

I dunno why but i've had an itch to play a couple old games one called lord of the realms II and conqueror 1086 a.d.

both were a lot of fun but i don't wanna try a random site to find out the game is riddled with virus', trojans keyloggers or other.

I d/led a torrent off of mininova like 2 months ago with a couple hundred old DOS games. Look for 4? megapacks that a split up alphabetically. Was fun playing some old ass games. Made me wish I had a joystick for Tie Fighter though;;

Whoa you can play the old X-Wing games like Tie Fighter? I have the old discs but I'll have to look up those packs (I have two joysticks also XD).

I assume they also have the Duke Nukem I and II episodes also?

There was a Win95 release of Xwing & TIE Fighter, so if those don't work, DOSBOX'ing the originals should.

[EDIT] Oh thanks a lot, now here I am looking for a copy of X-Wing to play.............played that shit on my old 486 so much that I had all the look-up manual codes memorized to get past the copyright protection.
