Which is the quickest easiest FoV book to get to?

At the moment my HP is in Nashmau for fishing. I have teles up to Vahzl, Retrace, THF sub, Mazurka.
Which is going to be the fastest and easiest FoV book to get to so I can use Repatriation to get back to my home nation and from there WG, Jeuno, etc?

(No, I don't want to ride the boat back to WG, it's too slow! )

There is one next to Tele-DEM (and I assume Holla and Mea).

Its about the same distance as the Choco npc (but in the other direction, so on your left as you appear), so you just drop of the platform and its right in front of you.

Did that the other day, except I'm in Windy. Wasn't too bad, just wondered if there was a faster way. Having them right next to crags is really handy because then I can just sub WHM on jobs like BLM, SMN and BRD and not have to change when I get there.
It would be nice if they would impliment more ways to get around. I always liked how in stuff like Hack//SIGN you could go around zones really fast.

It's almost the exact same amount of time as using the Coin Taru in Whitegate. Well, at least if your home nation is Basty. Sandy is about the same distance, don't know about Windy though. I use this all the time because it's free. Though, with the Kupopowers, I've been warping to Tav for free for auction house.
