Going into our second year as what now is a very successful engame shell we are looking to slightly increase our member base and bring some additions to our team who are willing to work and be rewarded.

We don't follow HNM activities exclusively, but can occasionally camp random days for ppl wanting help.

Looking for the following jobs

BLM, WHM, RDM, BRD
Well-geared melee jobs too. DRG, DRK, WAR, SAM, RNG

Our current events are as follows:

MON 6pm EST/11pm GMT - Einherjar
TUE 5pm EST/10pm GMT - Sky/Sea
WED 6pm EST/11pm GMT - Dynamis
THU 6pm EST/11pm GMT - Einherjar
FRI 6pm EST/11pm GMT - Alt Event (KS99/Ouryu/Bv2/etc)
SAT 6pm EST/11pm GMT - Dynamis

Dynamis & Einherjar are mandatory events

• We are very critical of our applications at the moment in time, that being said, we are interested in recruiting a mixed variety of jobs.
  
  You jobs must be moderately merited, (we don't excpect capped merits on all jobs) but what you consider to be your main jobs you must have full merits for.
  
  That being said we will NOT accept say BLMs without Burst II merits, etc. Or DDs without their specific combat skills merited.
  
  Experience is a huge plus, we do not frequent city clears so you will fall behind.
  
  If you are not prepared to make DH your primary LS and event commitment, then please do not apply.
  
  We are looking for core members to add to our team, dedicated to their own jobs and the needs of others in the LS.

Bonus if you have the following jobs well geared and merited:

WHM
BLM
BRD
SCH
RDM

Bonus if you have alternate accounts available to use within LS events.

Bonus if you have Einherjar experience (or any feathers already obtained).

You must:

• Have Sea access
  Have Sky access
  Comply with our attendance policies
  Not forego LS events for other events (HNM camps/exp/Nyzul etc etc)
  Have COR unlocked
  Show a willingness to join our team, effort in your application will reflect this.

We are a socially active shell, and have alternate events outside scheduled LS events. Things like Salvage statics, Nyzul and ENM statics and we have a Limbus shell formed by Blaine soley for DH members. DH is not a part-time linkshell, those who treat it that way, will fall by the wayside.

Good luck on your applications, as usual all cross-server applications will be subject to a BG check.

Well I left out the punctuality side of things because ppl should be expected to show up on time anyways

But yes, we have a points-based bidding system, where most desired items are based on %age attendance. You put work in, you get rewards out, it's simple.

I've had a few tells from residents of Hades and some mules asking to join for Einherjar or Sea-only. Please don't. If you are not interested in at least our core events (Dynamis/Einherjar) please don't enquire/apply.

ok, so just ass licking, yea he left my shell after i wouldnt let him lot over other people for his alter char on a dynamis, so i was surprice to see him leading lol.

I beg to differ, I left because you didn't want to lead stuff (random 30 day breaks from the game what), wanted to have a point system but you also wanted to dictate who got what (You remember you saying you and Dalox had a list that he said never existed?) and the shell did only dynamis, I never lot anything on my mules that isn't Free lot ever. You should get over trying to insult people that don't agree with you and get back to blowing Asharen, because without that guy your linkshell would be a Social.

Every shell has it's differences and ways of being lead. Holla isn't ass-licking, he's actually been a very proactive and skilled member of the shell, which I thank him for. I'm sure you have no problems in your shell Seph either. Bashing each other in MY recruitment thread isn't going to earn you any gold stars. Holla's already had his BG check over and done with so thus far you are contributing nothing to this thread but a bored bash-fest. Which I'd rather you didn't.

can vouch for this LS. very good group of players, and the most fair lotting system i've come across. leaders are not stuck up jerks like a lot of shells you'll find, so it seems more like a social that does events than it does an event shell.

i think i lost the vent info, but Levi is awesome. when i tried to do endgame over here the first time around, i was seriously disappointed. now that i'm back to hangin out with friends, everything has been great.
