just applied to our linkshell, just wondering what kinda person they are?

Been at least a year and a half since I've talked to this person at all, so cant' really say much about their personality. It's a Manthra, if I recall correctly. Was in my ls for all of a couple days before moving to VF. Was the type to send me (shellholder) tells about how they needed X, Y, and Z for X, Y, and Z jobs and they should totally get them. Iirc, was talking Haidates and Heca. I didn't give a very enthusiastic response (obviously, was only their first day), few days later saw them with another pearl. Never thought much of it, it happens.

Vanadielsfinest isn't the finest linkshell on the server, but they have a few good seeds. Most definitely inexperienced with HNM. They tend to have a high turnover rate with sacks, as far as I know. I know quite a few ex-VF sacks >.>'. Being in VF does not speak much for their gear or play skill. But, like I said, they have a few good seeds so I really don't know.

I have a similar experience as Greatguardian. This person was in my Linkshell and attended maybe a half dozen events in Jan/Feb of 2008. Most definitely the type to bombard leadership with "I want this, this, and this." or "can I lot that?" /tells when something dropped. Has/had a significant other or alt account named Allexis that was sort of the same way.

As a sackholder, you'll definitely have a low "return on investment" with this player from the standpoint of how much maintenance they'd require vs. how much they'd contribute. Not saying that they're a bad player, just that they're high maintenance.

I had no clue Rebeca was in VF, actually, but it sounds like they bounced around so it's not really a surprise. VF isn't bad... they've been around forever. I actually did my first Dynamis ever with them years ago as a guest. They just seem to be stuck perpetually as an entry level EGLS on the server... which isn't bad, every server needs those type of LSes and VF at least has over 4 years of activity to it's credit.

Im an ex-VF sack. It's been a year or so since I have been with them however, so caveat emptor.

Anyway...

He wasn't a bad dude at all. His playstyle was average to me (but seeing as how I was a crappy player, I'm not really a good judge of skill ).

Some things that stick out:

He did complain about our LS rules and loot distribution. We'll just say he was "anxious" to get some prized drops. VF was strictly points-based for drops and we kept it as fair as we could for drops: You get what you earn. So odds are if he got some gear from us, he at least earned it. Regardless of the transparency and fairness of our lotting system, he still took it upon himself to ask a sack for something if it dropped. He also complained to me one night for 30 min that we didn't pay for member's cursed gear. Mind you this was his like 2nd or 3rd sky run with us...But w/e.

At least in my time there, VF certainly didn't get into Kings or major HNMs. We got into some of the lesser HNM's like Roc, Xolotl, KV, etc. but nothing to write home about. (And I have kept up with some members since I left so I don't think this has changed much) So if he states he has any kind of extensive HNM experience, I'm pretty confident he didn't get it with VF.

Other than that, I can't remember much more about him. I just know VF people don't really post on here, so I thought I'd throw something down for them. To sum up: Not a bad guy, maybe a little "over ambitious" for drops. Worth a trial at the least. Good luck to him.

I personally do not know that player. But one thing I can say VF is one of the cleaner LSes in Cerberus, and I know the founder of the LS for a long time (since we are both lower than level 30) -- one of the better guys I met in the game.

People anxious for stuff is not really new, imo. Well one thing for sure, I have never hear stories about this player about trying to lot stuff he is not supposed to. Got accepted into Vedder's and Maxemus's LS (VF) and leave with no black list note is a good thing to speak about how trustworthy the player is.

Allexis is not his alter char, Allex is a friend of mine who just jumped servers cuz she actully didnt wanted to play on same server as this guy(reason is personal) so Allexis and Rebeca hv nothing to do with each other anymore.

Also about him i was in VF too long time ago and i dont remeber this guy at all.But as far as from i hv being told from Allexis this guys is kinda stalker, maybe just with her since they had problems but idk really cant say much since i actully never meet this guy.
