Those levels of texture corruption tell me your video card is not having a nice day.
What are temperatures in your case like? Are the cooling units (whatever you happen to use) working properly? How old is that card? Have you tried substituting it for another? Probably not the case but have you also tried multiple driver sets? Honestly though this looks like a hardware/video card issue though, but figured I'd throw that in there as well. Does this happen in other games you play (artifacting) or just in FFXI?

but i have EU acount maybe is corrupted versioin of files ?
check file do not find error
i'm installing an other game for watch if work
on desktop no problem, on internet no problem, only have this problem on pol + FFXI
