What the fuck!? or Yet another helpfull GM story.

Went to QSC with a 2 friends to help them with ZM12. They did all their Cutscenes to pop the NM Pot but the ??? was missing. Called a GM about it and here´s what he/she said:

Yes I called the GM on MY character (Virgil). And I was at ??? spot. ??? was not there. Thx

Maybe it is from all of the LS's calling GM's on eachother or fake GM calls. It also might be straight protocol, need proof of an actual dispute before assuming the other player actually has a dispute. I imagine anyone can call a GM and say that their friend wants a GM and how is the GM to know if it is a prank or not?
Still how the GM handled it was rude and she could have used a more polite tone. She needs some time off work.

GM's are fucking useless. Had to call one a week ago because my Gold World pass benefits bugged out. My friend and I skipped almost all rewards and decided to go back two years later to get them. We got our 70 day reward, and now the NPC says we have already received our 365 day reward and we are no longer eligible for anything. Needless to say both the regular and SGM were completely fucking useless. If the development team does nothing I'll be pretty angry. I want my model airship.

Clearly SE has relegated all incompetent GMs to FFXI while the I'd-like-to-have-a-beer-with-that-GM GMs are being trained for FFXIV.
