Yes, we are recruiting, and yes, we are that linkshell.

Founded in late 2004, Blue Gartr has stood, be it beloved or despised, at the forefront of the Final Fantasy XI endgame community. Players have come and gone, gear won and lost, but the core of our linkshell has remained throughout. Our mission has not changed, our drive has not faltered; the enduring pursuit of endgame content remains, as always, our raison d'être.

Whether you like us or not, whether you respect us or not, whether you take us serious or not, you know us. You know our forums, you know our community, you know our history. If you've ever wanted to be a part of that narrative, we are briefly opening the door for you. We aren't looking to set the world on fire, and we won't be recruiting for long, but we are in need of a few more able bodied souls who aren't intimidated (or underwhelmed) by our pace (casual endgame).

• Sky, Sea.

• Dynamis (once a week), Limbus (twice a week), Einherjar (twice a week).

• ZNM, HNM (infrequently).

• Salvage (not required, run on off-days).

== [ Recruitment Information ] ==

• Looking for six (6) recruits. (Bahamut is still closed to server transfers, must be on server already).

• Must have at least two (2) 75 jobs, with at least one (1) mage job, preferably WHM. (SMN, BLU, BST, PUP, DNC do not qualify).

• Must have appropriate merits, gear and subjobs.

• Must have Sky, Sea, Dynamis-Xarc, Einherjar and Wings of the Goddess access.

• Must be available to play between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. est. during the week, and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. est. during the weekend.

• Must have a good, light-hearted, non-loot whore group oriented attitude, or the ability to pretend to have a good, light-hearted, non-loot whore group oriented attitude while actually being a selfish item oriented bastard, who smiles while secretly planning his sudden but inevitable betrayal.

== [ Recruitment Process ] ==

• Upon receiving your application, it will be reviewed by the active officers of the linkshell. You will be subject to a background check, as well as multiple interviews with the linkshell management team.

• If approved, your application will proceed to a full vote by the entire linkshell.

• If accepted, you will begin a month long trial period, where your attendance and performance will be evaluated and graded. During this time, you will be ineligible to lot on preferred gear (items which full members still need), but you will have the opportunity to lot gear which would otherwise be trashed.

• At the end of your evaluation period, there will be a second vote on your application, at which point you will either be accepted into the linkshell, rejected from the linkshell, or put on an extended trial process due to lingering concerns.

• If accepted as a full member, you will be required to submit a loot list (the list itself is provided) prioritizing your desired gear. Your name will then be added to our list, but be aware, you will begin with no seniority. Your priority will, however, be continually evaluated based on not only your attendance, but the attendance of those ahead of you. Advancement is possible.
