Court Paperwork Details Sex Claims Against Roethlisberger - Sports News Story - WTAE Pittsburgh

This was just released a little bit ago from a local Pittsburgh PA source. This gives a very detailed account of the sexual assault charges Big Ben is facing from Andrea McNulty. McNulty would like to settle out of court but Ben's attorney wants to take it to trial. I'm guessing she is the type of person if you throw money at her she will go away. I hope all this bullshit doesn't keep him from having a good season this year. She wants 390,000 dollars in damages.

Well I was just watching TV a little bit ago and this came on. Thought I'd share with everyone. I find it funny that Ben asked her to fix his TV then "allegedly raped her". That has still got me laughing. Must have been something good on TV.

The fact that she's already talking about settling out of court should be enough of a sign of what's true and false. Add on top of that the fact that Roethlisberger's lawyers now want to take it to trial pretty much is the end for her. NOBODY wants to take a court to trial, especially a star athlete, unless they feel they can win the case. The emails she was sending out pretty much shot her entire story full of holes to begin with. This just solidifies the fact she was full of shit as far as I'm concerned.

Yea I agree I just found it funny to read the detail accounts of what she said happened to her. Also the fact that she wants 390,000 dollars in damages tells me this woman is lying. Not to mention she waited a year to file the sexual assault claim.

The only thing she wants now is for Ben to donate 100,000 to a charity for battered and abused women and to apologize. She wants no monetary compensation. What a twist.
