You have multiple level 75 jobs but are forced to come to events with only that 1 job in which you dread on going.

You stay with the linkshell for a period of over 5 months.

You / for gear you want but never get it?

you only get 1(ONE) piece of useable piece equipment for your duration in the linkshell.

When you are choosing an end game LS, ensure the lotting systems are agreeable (rewards attendance/hard work via points or some other measure) and not just "leader picks a person to lot". If you dont have a clear understanding of the lotting going in, odds are you wont have a clear understanding 6 months down the road.

I don't know why people don't research a linkshell before they apply and see if all their rules are agreeable and what they want. If more people did this then there wouldn't be so many ls's that are just about sucking off the ls leader.

There can be many reasons, if you are in an incompetent linkshell with incompetent leaders chances are high that they'll screw you over if you don't have allies/influence.

So yeah, research well before you apply/get into a linkshell.

Not many LS have a system that will favor what everyone likes, need to do research next time instead of wasting these 6 months of your life for nothing.

Really though, I can't think of a system that would let someone go 6 months of "slave laboring" without getting anything. You probably just joined another LS where favoritism runs rampant and ass kissing goes a long way.
