PS3 Welcome back problem

I purchased the welcome pack PS3 Free game 1 item with little big planet, but it never showed up in my download section.

I did the same with infamous and it worked perfectly fine.

I dont use PSN that much so I didnt know if somebody could help me figure how to recover my LBP download

In account settings there should be download list with everything you've ever bought, should be in there.

Yea I looked in there, its not listed, but when you go back to the "Welcome Back Center" the option for free download 1 isnt available anymore. grrrr

Had the same problem Jinka,

Go to... Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List > SCEA Promotion and then pick your other game!
