Question about being banned

Ok so when my account was compromised it was banned, do you think if I do the notary form they will unban it? If so do you think all my equipment and such is still on the account or is it naked now?

This happened to a linkshell member some time ago. He got his account recovered only to be banned for actions that happened while it was compromised. He (eventually) was able to get the ban overturned. I would assume that, after getting the ban overturned, if they didn't do it already by then, you could request a rollback on the account to recover lost gil and items.

Pretty sure all they do to confirm it's not you is access point check, if it doesn't match the ISP/Location you give them(that was used prior to the banning/compromising) you should get it overturned. Know a few people, and they all got it rolled back -- even have the option of not rolling back as well if you know; they got you ebody/dring.
