gogo moar NM timer resets, its expected though, update = 2-3 emergency maints.

- An issue that interfered with leveling up Synergy technique has been addressed.

Does that mean they made it easier to skill up Synergy?

I think it means that the "Recieve training" option doesn't lock if don't immediately use it and skill beyond a multiple of 5.

Example: The option opens at lv 5. If you don't use it then, and level to 6, it would lock until lv 10 and the next chance, when you would be able to use both the lv 10 and the lv 5 trainings.
It *should* be that you can access it now until you use all the training credits available to you.
